The LK Massage Programme has been developed by a team of experienced midwives and backed up by the latest evidence - based information. This Programme uses specific massage techniques, which are linked with breathing and visualisation, to deliver many benefits from 30 weeks of pregnancy and continuing through to labour and the birth.
Childbirth Essentials® cannot give individual advice regarding your health during pregnancy. Any queries relating to your pregnancy, need to be discussed with your midwife, GP or health professional responsible for your pregnancy care.
The LK Massage Programme has been designed and researched for women who have an uncomplicated pregnancy. If during your pregnancy, complications arise, we ask that you, as the pregnant woman, review the use of the LK Massage Programme with the health professional delivering your pregnancy care. They will be able to offer specific, individualised advice as to whether or not to continue learning and using the Programme during your pregnancy.
At any time during your pregnancy, if you feel unwell, you should seek the advice of your midwife, GP or other health professional responsible for your pregnancy care.
At any time during the practice sessions, if you, as the massaging person feel uncomfortable or have concerns regarding the application of a particular massage technique, it is your responsibility to contact Linda Kimber for advice, in the first instance by email. Linda Kimber will arrange the most appropriate forum for advice and correction as deemed necessary.
The LK Massage Programme online package, as purchased, is divided into two sections, namely the 30weeks section and the 35weeks section.
It is important that the massage techniques in the 35 weeks to labour and birth section of the LK Massage Programme are NOT practised before 35 COMPLETED WEEKS OF PREGNANCY. Childbirth Essentials takes no responsibility if this advice is not followed.
Once you have purchased the LK Massage Programme online package, you will have full access to all the resources and videos for 14 weeks, after which time your access to the members section will cease.

Within the package you have access to all the material, but you must not modify any materials, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from Childbirth Essentials.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
