Online Package: 35 week to Labour and Birth Section

Working towards the run up to labour and birth

This section of the Programme will reinforce what you have learnt in the 30 week section and will help you to prepare further for the labour and birth as you continue to complement the  hormonal changes taking place in your body during this time.

Your birth partner will learn to perform the massage, resulting in a well-practised partnership over the final month of pregnancy, in preparation for labour. Many women feel this brings them closer together as a couple.

During labour, the familiar touch of the birth partner in a low lit private environment enhances relaxation and pain relief.

As your baby grows and your uterus gets bigger, you may find you have some backache. If so, the techniques in this section will give some relief

Whether you are wanting to learn this Programme for the first time or for another pregnancy we are delighted to share this exciting time with you!
